Withdrawal

In case you are not satisfied with the order you have received you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt and you must inform us. The return of the products can be done only through the transport that will be indicated by the Company. In case the return is made with a different transport than the one proposed by the Company, the latter will not be responsible for loss or destruction of the products to be returned.

In order for the return of the products to be accepted, the following must be observed:

1. The products to be returned must not have been used, modified or damaged and their packaging must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. There must be proof of purchase

By observing the above conditions, the Company will start returning the price of the products you bought within 8-10 working days and you will be charged only with the shipping costs. The refund of the amount you paid depends on the payment method you used. In case the products are not accepted by the Company, the products can be returned to you free of charge. If you refuse delivery, the Company reserves the right to keep the products and the amount you paid when buying them.

Return products

In case the product is defective in its consumable parts, they will be replaced. Defective products will be replaced with the same and if it is not available you can request the purchase of products of equal value. Replacement and return of defective products is at your own expense. For seasonal items, such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer / beach items and school supplies, it is not possible to change them after the specified time periods.

Return procedure

Returns on opened packages, books, food, batteries and flying toys will not be accepted.
